Our purpose

Build connection, invite learning, and make room for service.

Our work centers Haitian voices and welcomes neighbors, families, young people, and community partners into meaningful participation.

A living culture, strengthened through community.

Virginia Association Haitian Americans teaches Haitian culture through community events, youth empowerment, charitable initiatives, partnerships, advocacy, education, outreach, and service.

We believe cultural learning is active: it happens when people share knowledge, show up for one another, and create opportunities for the next generation to lead.

Join us for an evening of culture, unity, and giving back.

VAHA's upcoming fundraiser brings our community together in support of the organization's future.
